How It Works




Magenta is open to anyone and we are currently accepting applications from all investors who are legal residents of the U.S. age 18 years or older.

No you do not need to be an accredited investor with Magenta.

This means that to invest in the Magenta Fund or Amaranth Fund, you do not need to be an accredited investor or have your accreditation documentation verified.

We are not selling securities and our investment oppurtunities are open to all investors who are legal residents of the U.S. and are 18 years or older.

All investments are loans made to Magenta Holdings, LLC and held on our books as such.

Investments in the Fund are not bank deposits (and thus not insured by the FDIC or by any other federal governmental agency) and are not guaranteed by Magenta or any other party.

The Magenta Amaranth Fund is for purposes of the SEC, exempt from Regulation D Rule 506(b) and 506(c), as Magenta Holding, LLC does not sell "securities" or "restricted securities".

Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (“40 Act”), and is therefore not a 40 Act “diversified” product.

Magenta is in complience with current SEC advertising and cash solicitation rules, Rule 206(4)-1 and Rule 206(4)-3.

There are two ways to fund your Magenta account. We accept wire transfers or ACHs. Typically, wire transfers clear on the same day or following day and ACH transfers may take up to 3 business days.

Once your funds have cleared, you will immediatley be invested with Magenta. The date that your funds clear is the date that your investment starts.

Magenta Investing currently offers two funds, our Magenta Fund and Amaranth Fund. Diversify your portfolio with our alternative investments. Magenta is invested in commercial seafood industry, commercial produce industry, apple farm, haunted forest, winter lights festival, real estate, and more. All companies invested in are owned and operated by Magenta Holdings, LLC. We do NOT invest in start ups, app developers, software companies, or the next "big thing" We do NOT lend money for mortgages or to any business. We have owned and operated our companies for over 20 years!

Magenta provides investors access to alternative investments with no correlation to the stock market.

Therefore they are unaffected by whether the stock market is rising or falling. You earn passive income regardless of what the markets are doing.

In the past, these kinds of investments have been reserved for hedge funds and large institutions. 

Alternative investments are considered to be any investments made in asset classes other than stocks, bonds, and cash. You can learn more about alternative investments here.

No, with Magenta you do not need to pick any asset classes or build a portfolio. All of you investment is equally distributed across all of our holdings in multiple asset classes. We do not have any fancy tech funds or start up funds to pick and choose from.

Magenta makes investing in alternative investments as simple as possible.

Currently the minimum to invest is $10,000 with our Magenta Fund. We understand that may seem high for some and our funds may not be for everyone.

Magenta offers high APY with short term investments of 12 months. We feel our minimum investment amount reflects our commitment to you, our investors.

All investments carry risk. However, Magenta minimizes risk and maximizes returns by asset backed collateral. All investments made with Magenta are short-term debt investments in our own companies and NOT securities.

We own our own companies for over 20 years that the investments go to. Your investments are backed by assets such as real property, farmland, apple orchards, equipment, vehicles, fishing vessels and more.


Interest Payments

Upon maturity, the principal plus yield of the investment will be available to you. Interest is paid annually and is not compounded.

Interest is not paid quarterly.

All of our offerings currently have predefined payment schedules which is 12 months from date of deposit after opening an account.

For example: If you invest $10,000 in our Magenta fund which pays 6% APY, after 12 months from the date of your deposit you will be paid $10,600. It is that easy.

At Magenta we understand that things happen. You may have an unexpected debt or medical bill for example.

You may withdraw your principal investment at anytime. Unfortunately we are unable to pay intrest in that case. All investments need to mature the full term in order to be paid the APY.
