Magenta is a leader in social reform, we believe it is our responsibility to have a positive social impact on the people and the environment around us. By employing local workers we ensure that everyone has a say what happens in the community that they live in. They get to know the customers and meet new people in the community, many which become friends.
Several of the businesses Magenta owns are in the food space. We own and operate in the wholesale seafood industry. All of the seafood is locally, sustainable sourced in a responsible manner.
Likewise, we mirror that concept in the produce industry. Magenta owns and operates wholesale produce businesses. We ensure that as much produce is sourced from local farmers as possible and is organic. Sourcing locally helps bring food from farm to table in many communities.

We also own and operate U-pick apple orchards! We seasonally employ many local retirees. All apples and fruit on our farms is pesticide free making for a safe environment for families with small children. Many families enjoy our fall festivals year after year with local entertainment, food and fresh open air.
As you know the United States has been particularly hard hit during this crisis. Our unspoken heros, the essential workers are not given the thanks and respect that they deserve. Magenta employs many essential workers that have kept the food supply of seafood and produce flowing during this crisis. The supply chain is often taken for granted and without these heros we would not have food on our shelves. From all of us at Magenta I would like to say thank you to all Magenta employees and all essential and healthcare workers everywhere.
Magenta also has real estate holdings. We made sure that none of our residential or commercial tenants were evicted during this crisis. We worked with each and every one of them to ensure they did not have to worry during the time most of them were unemployed due to lockdowns.
